last thursday my youngest sister had her baby, which means i have another sweet nephew. a warm snuggly sweater was definitely in order. something that would keep him cuddled up good when i head back home to minnesota.
this is the baby shepherd's jacket (rav link) by cheryl andrews knit up in some lovely baltic blue peace fleece.
couldn't you just stare at him all day long?
i can. which is why i have to go now.

The little blue jacket is perfection. Congratulations to your sister...so good to hear everybody is happy and healthy and the favorite aunt is there to stare and coo at the wee little one!

oh goodness, he is just the picture of sweetness. i love that first picture. wonderful! the sweater is just adorable, i'll bet it was fun to make too. what a lucky boy to be greeted with handknits from his adoring auntie!
