Totally understand your loving the needle book. When my grandmother died, I inherited all her sewing bits and pieces. She had some wonderful vintage packets of needles and bits and pieces. Particularly loved the darning wools. Just a couple of yards, bought on a piece of card. Shop probably offered a big array of different shades, judging by her collection. Not sure I could find a shop like that now.

You big big tease!! I hope to see a follow up reveal soon.
Beautiful tools/supplies.

Somewhere I have some needle books that belonged to my grandma, I don't want to use them though and break up the set!! I wonder what you are sewing?!!

Gorgeous colors!

Oh Peapod! you're a cutie pie. Who named him?

Dear Peapod, he's such a beauty! Ros

Ooh those are fun! They make me want to scoot on over to your house and watch you embroider (well I'd be happy to do that regardless).
