i'm about 5" into my shawl, it's reached the point where the lace pattern is starting to really take shape:

i'm really enjoying this project, which, for the record is the adriana shawl pattern by meg meyers (rav link). and when you cast on 297 stitches, the rows are not the fastest...

but when the yarn is the absolutely dreamy 100% alpaca medicine bow by neota designs it doesn't seem to matter how long the rows are... every single stitch is a soft fluffy dream.

I'm missing my crafting mojo too. Seriously no crafting going on. Totally unlike me. In an attempt to get going last night, I spent the evening on Ravelry looking at shawls. No further forward. Does surfing for craft ideas count? Going to look at your shawl pattern.

Enjoy the knit, it's absolutely beautiful. Is it a think hard pattern? Wait till they are sleeping pattern?

It's so worthwhile when the pattern starts looking like...a pattern!
Keep up the dreamy knitting!
